Serve & Enjoy
Garnish with a sprinkle of lemon juice and you can enjoy this with chutney or ketchup, you can also roll it like a taco or serve with rice, top it with salad – whatever you’re in the mood of!
1 juice of lemon juice or 2 limes
- Bell peppers: we only had red so we used that but would have loved to add green so you can take 2 or substitute with any other veggies of your choice too.
- Spices: The spices I used might seem a lot to you but trust me they don’t overpower the recipe but rather compliment it with various flavour bursts however you can without a guilt exclude any you don’t have or adjust the quantity to your preference, for example, instead of red chilli powder you can use cayenne pepper mix as well. Similarly you can skip dried mango powder with more ratio of the lemon juice for tanginess.
- Paneer: I made the exact recipe using tofu and It came out really good so you can easily replace paneer with tofu instead or any other protein of your choice.
