- 500 gms Star Anise (Chakraphool)
- 100 gms Rock flower (Pathar phool)
- 50 gms Cloves (Laung)
- 50 gms Black peppercorns (Kali mirch)
- 50 gms Cinnamon stick (Dalchini)
- 50 gms Mace (Javitri)
- 50 gms Bay Leaf (Tej patta)
Heat a pan in low heat
Combine all ingredients and lightly roast them for couple minutes on low heat until fragrant
500 gms Star Anise (Chakraphool), 100 gms Rock flower (Pathar phool), 50 gms Cloves (Laung), 50 gms Black peppercorns (Kali mirch), 50 gms Cinnamon stick (Dalchini), 50 gms Mace (Javitri), 50 gms Bay Leaf (Tej patta)
Blend the ingredients together until they are fine ground
Store in an airtight container and keep away from direct sunlight and moisture
