- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon black tea
- 1.5 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 6-7 mint leaves
In a mortar pestle grind the following:
- 6-7 cardamom pods
- 2 inch ginger
Make a paste of ginger and cardamom.
2 inch ginger, 6-7 cardamom pods
Boil water in a pot.
1 cup water
Add black tea, sugar, ginger-cardamom paste, and black pepper.
1 tablespoon black tea, 1.5 tablespoon sugar, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 6-7 cardamom pods, 2 inch ginger
Let it fully boil, then add milk and lastly mint leaves
1 cup milk, 6-7 mint leaves
Boil for 3-4 minutes on high heat and serve hot with Parle-G biscuits or any favourite sweet or savoury snack, all goes amazing!
